IDIKA SA is a leading governmental organization in Greece, supervised by the Ministry of Digital Governance, acting as the National Contact Point for eHealth for all EU and cross border activities in Greece, for both primary and secondary use of health data.
IDIKA is also the operator of Governmental eHealth Cloud infrastructure that runs most of operational eHealth systems such as the National ePrescription system, the myHealth mobile app for citizens, National Patients Registries, the National Electronic Health Record and many others.
IDIKA will be the custodian of the necessary digital transformation of the healthcare ecosystem, with the support of modern and innovative digital tools.
IDIKA, as the designated Hellenic NCPeH, will demonstrate the use of the xSHARE Yellow Button and with that will promote the European EHRxF in their national ecosystem of EHR vendors and digital health app developers. GΝΟΜΟΝ will be responsible for the implementation of the xSHARE Yellow Button PoC.

Considering the reference architecture, in the case of this adoption site, the following blocks are considered:

 

Security, Privacy & Authentication Authentication through General Secretariat for Information Management and Digital Governance, the official national IdP, using “TAXIS net” authentication mechanism.
Data Management Download the PS in EEHRxF, utilizing the CDA2FHIR transformation component.
Consent Management Currently not needed, as it only supports downloading the PS in EEHRxF.
