Looking backward, EHTEL members from several health and care sectors – including public, private, innovation, and implementation – will describe their vision of the digital transformation of healthcare. They will share the lessons they learned over time throughout their deployment journey at the same time sharing their views on the future.
Looking forward, the symposium will explore four burning themes. Speakers will identify what actions are ongoing, and what is still to be done, to achieve digitally enabled transformation and obtain the promised benefits and impacts.
The selected themes are:
– Digitally-enabled transformation towards a value-based health care system;
– An EHDS-compliant infrastructure which delivers value to people (with the contribution of xShare);
– Skilled human resources that scale-up the digital transformation of health and care;
– Heterogeneous data integration for AI to contribute to digital transformation.”
To conclude, the symposium will reflect on how EHTEL can help crossing boundaries between policy and implementation
