Public deliverables

D9.2 – The industry xShare label
The xShare Industry Label is a voluntary certification developed to help the digital health industry align with upcoming European Health Data Space (EHDS) requirements. It provides a pathway for manufacturers to demonstrate technical compliance with interoperability standards, supporting early readiness for the EHDS and fostering cross-border health data exchange.
D9.1 – The vision for a xShare label: liberating Health data
This deliverable outlines the potential of the xShare industry label as an assurance mark to ensure patient autonomy and facilitate the seamless sharing of personal health data across the EU. It details the implementation framework, promoting interoperability with the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EHRxF), and includes stakeholder feedback and best practices to enhance trust and innovation in digital health.
D8.9 – Quarterly Multimedia Newsletter "in the hub"
The xShare multimedia newsletter aims at engaging project audiences and the to be established EEHRxF Community of Excellence with its activities, the newsletter will be published on a quarterly basis.
D8.5 – xSHARE Communication, Dissemination, Stakeholder Engagement Plan - 2
xShare Communication, Dissemination and Stakeholder Engagement Plan guides the visibility, promotion, dissemination and exploitation activities of the xShare project during its implementation. The document identifies target audiences, messages and dissemination channels and outlines the timeline and responsibilities of each project partner in this process. This is the second, updated release of the plan, produced at the end of Y1 of the project.
D8.3 – xShare Communication, Dissemination and Stakeholder Engagement Report - 1
Report D8.3 outlines the progress and achievements of the xShare project’s Communication, Dissemination, and Stakeholder Engagement (CDSE) activities during its first year.
D8.2 – xSHARE Communication, Dissemination and Stakeholder Engagement Plan - 1
xShare Communication, Dissemination and Stakeholder Engagement Plan will guide the visibility, promotion, dissemination and exploitation activities of the xShare project during its implementation. The document identifies target audiences, messages and dissemination channels and outlines the timeline and responsibilities of each project partner in this process.
D8.1 – xSHARE Website
D8.1 presents the xShare website, constituting the main platform for external communication and presentation of the project results.
D6.1 – Monitoring framework on national EEHRxF uptake and EHRxF Standards Hub performance - 1
D6.1 presents to monitoring frameworks, to monitor the uptake of the EEHRxF in Member States and the progress of the EEHRxF Standards and Policy Hub, respectively.
D5.3 – Proposed interoperability specification for an International Patient Summary for Research mapped to international standards - 1
This deliverable, D5.3, is the third in a series produced by work package 5 of the xShare project. It presents the technical specification for an extended version of the International Patient Summary (IPS) that increases the value of the ISO published IPS for secondary uses, in particular for clinical research and for public health. It defines the technical specification of the IPS+. It provides the representation of the data elements utilising the HL7 FHIR Implementation Guide for the IPS, as a project specific version incorporating the additional data elements.
D5.2 – Analysis of business use cases for use of EHRxF HIDs in clinical research
D5.2 is an analysis of business use cases (BUCs) for the use of the EEHRxF and xShare Yellow Button in clinical research. It examined methodologies and workflows where real-world data (RWD) is valuable. The need for automated, harmonized data sharing via EEHRxF was emphasized. Three BUCs were identified: study feasibility, patient pre-screening, and study support.
D5.1 – Proposal for a harmonized core data set across health care, population health and clinical research
This deliverable (D5.1) reports on an analysis of the data elements from a number of sources to identify and to some degree align the healthcare/IPS data elements of greatest research value and proposes the data elements that could usefully be added to the existing IPS in order to maximise its value for public/population health and clinical research in addition to its primary value for healthcare.
D4.2 – Public health data sets harmonized with EHRxF HIDs - 1
This deliverable presents nine use cases that illustrate how a common data format and a direct link between data with collected for primary use can support public health purposes. These use cases vary in terms of citizen involvement and the use of tools like the Yellow Button.
