This survey aims to assess the adoption of the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF) on a national level. It addresses diverse EHR stakeholders, e.g. policymakers, representatives of digital health agencies and similar organisations reponsible for EHRs, as well as EHR standards users and experts in European Member States. We are looking for respondents with expertise on EHR use, standards and policy making.
Monitoring the EEHRxF uptake will help communicate how the European Commission is progressing on two important goals of its Health Union and Digital Decade: implementing the European Health Data Space and giving 100% of citizens access to EHR records online.
Please answer to our survey questions so as to reflect to the best of your knowledge the current actual practices and policies of your Member State, or, where various practices exist within the Member State, of your institution as an electronic health actor.
