xShare project will develop “Privacy and Data Protection Guidelines and Best Practices for the xShare button”. As part of this work, xShare seeks organizations and experts who have already shared health data (possibly with researchers or Universities) in the past to ask them about the guidelines they had implemented.
This study aims at collecting the views, requirements, comments, and attitudes of participants with regard to guidelines for health data sharing.
The survey primarily seeks to identify practically-utilised guidelines, legal basis, cybersecurity and processes for health data sharing for secondary use. Thus, we reach out to you asking whether you have shared health data in the past. If you have, would you be willing to participate in a survey asking a few questions about the guidelines you adhered to?
