The solution
Before My Visit (BMV) is a mobile health companion app for patients managing complex, chronic, and rare conditions. Patients record symptoms, medications, test results, and diagnoses through a conversational, voice-first interface, and the app maintains a structured, continuously updated health record. BMV runs on a PostgreSQL backend with EU data residency, with AWS providing AI and processing infrastructure.
How the xShare Yellow Button is used
BMV is implementing the xShare Yellow Button Download – Provider functionality for the Patient Summary data category, within its patient-facing mobile app. An authenticated patient selects their Patient Summary and downloads it as a conformant International Patient Summary (IPS) FHIR document in a single action.
